Bee's Oatmeal Cake
Bee'S Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. quick oats, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. white sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour 1 1/4 cup boiling water over quick oats.
Add butter or margarine.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Then add remaining ingredients into mixing bowl and beat approximately 2 minutes. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 25 minutes.
A tooth pick stuck into the center of the cake should come out clean.
