Beavan's Tandy Takes
Beavan'S Tandy Takes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. milk, scalded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add flour and vanilla.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in milk and add to the mixture.
Pour onto a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Immediately after taking cake out of the oven, spread peanut butter over top.
Melt the Hershey bars in 2 tablespoons butter and spread on top of cake.
Let cool.
Makes about 24 squares.
