Bean Stew

Made with 1/2 c. navy beans, cooked, 4 medium potatoes, quartered, 2 medium carrots, scraped and cut in coin size, 1 large onion, chopped and 1 tbsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients except sausage and simmer on low. Heat until carrots and potatoes are tender.
Add sausage last but be sure it heats thoroughly.
Good served with a green salad and Hi Ho crackers.
