Bean Salad
Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-cut green beans, 1 can regular green beans, 1 can english peas, 1 small can pimentos and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain liquid from beans and peas.
Cut pimentos, onion, celery and pepper into small pieces.
Pour oil, sugar, vinegar and salt over vegetables in container.
Place cover on container and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, drain off liquid. Will keep for days.
