Bean Dip
Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies. Spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean mixture, spreading evenly. Cover and chill several hours.
Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
