Bean Dip
Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, cut fine, 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans, undrained, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chop bacon fine and cook with onion.
Combine other ingredients and add to bacon mixture.
Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.
Then bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Add 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese to top of mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with Fritos.
