Beacon Hill Cookies
Beacon Hill Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 2 egg whites, beaten until foamy, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt chocolate bits over hot water.
Beat egg whites and dash of salt until foamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat whites to stiff peaks.
Fold in vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in chocolate bits and chopped nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. Remove immediately.
