Bayou Shrimp Casserole
Bayou Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, cooked, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked per pkg. directions, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, melted, 1 can cream of shrimp soup and 1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Add soup to cheese; heat.
Be careful not to burn cheese. Saute onions and garlic in butter; add to cheese mixture.
Add rice and broccoli to mixture; gently stir.
Add shrimp.
