Bayou Bounty Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 3/4 c. margarine (divided use), 2 large onions, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped and 2 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt cream cheese and 1/2 cup margarine together.
Saute onions, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in remaining margarine. Add shrimp. Saute until shrimp are pink. Add crabmeat, soup, rice and seasonings. Mix well. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Spoon into shallow 3-quart casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
