Bavarian Wiener Casserole
Bavarian Wiener Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 hot dogs (oscar meyer), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained and 4 c. cooked potatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Halve 4 hot dogs and reserve.
Slice remaining hot dogs 1/4-inch thick.
Mix soup and mayonnaise; add sauerkraut and hot dogs and caraway seed.
Mix together.
Add potatoes.
Top with remaining 4 hot dogs; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
