Batter Rolls
Batter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. margarine, softened and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl (use mixer).
Beat in egg.
Mix yeast and 2 cups flour separately.
Add separate mix to liquid and beat with mixer until smooth.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour (or enough for a very soft dough).
Cover bowl with towel and let rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled.
Punch down and place in well-greased muffin pan.
Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for about 15 minutes.
