Baruschis
Baruschis is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. milk, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1 tsp. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Scald milk and let it cool until lukewarm.
Soak yeast in warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Let set 5 minutes.
Add yeast to cooled milk.
Add 3 cups flour and beat until smooth.
Let stand 30 minutes, then add eggs, sugar, salt and oil.
Mix all together and add 5 to 5 1/2 cups more flour.
Knead dough until smooth. Keep adding a little oil in bottom of pan to dough from pan.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
