Barrett Dill Pickles
Barrett Dill Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. mixed pickle spices and 1 qt. jar dill pickles (not kosher), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put vinegar and spices in a 2-quart glass container.
Cut pickles in 1/2-inch chunks and add to the container.
Pour in sugar on top.
Do not mix!
Screw on lid and refrigerate for 10 days.
For the second batch, use the same liquid once more and add 1 cup sugar on top as before.
