Barley Pudding
Barley Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. scotch or hulled barley, 6 c. skim milk, 1 c. chopped dried fruit, 1/4 c. barley malt and 1 c. fruit flavored nonfat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine all ingredients except fruit flavored yogurt.
Pour into a 6 cup casserole with a tight fitting lid.
