Barbecued Spareribs
Barbecued Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. spareribs, 3 onions, 1 tsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut ribs into pieces.
Cut slices of onions and place over ribs.
Mix all ingredients listed and pour over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes at 450°, then lower to 350° until nearly done.
If you have covered them, remove cover and brown.
I often use foil over the pan for about an hour, then remove.
I use this for barbecuing pork chops also.
