Season ribs with seasoned salt and pepper.
Roast in shallow covered pan about 1 hour at 375°.
Drain off fat.
Make spaghetti sauce mix as directed on package, using tomato sauce and omit oil. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
Pour over ribs; continue roasting, uncovered, about 1 hour at 350°.
Baste several times.
