Barbecued Shrimp
Barbecued Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. peeled and deveined raw shrimp, salt to taste, pepper to taste, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange shrimp in single layer in a Pyrex baking dish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour mixture over shrimp.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Shrimp will turn pink when done.
Serves 2. Serve with plenty of French bread.
