Barbecued Salmon
Barbecued Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 c. dry white wine, 3 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as chives, thyme, chervil, basil and parsley and 2 tsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat in a small, heavy saucepan.
Add the garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in wine and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup.
Add the remaining butter and stir until melted.
Stir in herbs and lemon rind.
Set aside.
