Barbecued Pork Chops In A Skillet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. barbecue sauce, 5 to 7 pork chops, cleaned, 1/2 c. flour, salt and pepper and 1 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Flour chops lightly flour, salt and pepper.
Heat cooking oil.
Pork chops on both sides, turning to make sure of an even brown.
Remove chops from cooking oil.
Remove cooking oil from skillet.
Cup water.
Add barbecue sauce and chops.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes over a low fire.
Turn chops occasionally to make sure that the sauce penetrates the chops.
Serves 5 to 7.
