Barbecued Mini Meatballs
Barbecued Mini Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. water, 1 envelope french's potato pancake mix, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine eggs, water and contents of pancake mix envelope.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add ground beef; mix lightly.
Shape small meatballs, using 1 rounded teaspoonful for each.
Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in 400Β° oven 10 to 15 minutes until done.
Add meatballs to barbecue sauce.
Can be served with toothpicks.
