Barbecued Meatballs
Barbecued Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 (12 oz.) can milk, 1 c. cracker crumbs, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
To make meatballs, combine all ingredients.
Mixture will be soft.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets.
Freeze until solid.
Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.
To make sauce, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place frozen meatballs in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour on the sauce. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 80 meatballs.
