Barbecued Chicken
Barbecued Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 jar horseradish mustard, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 bottle worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. water and tabasco sauce, red pepper and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients, except chickens, for sauce; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Cut broiler chickens in half and remove skin.
Place chicken on low fire.
Turn and baste with sauce until very brown.
Cook 1 to 2 hours, depending on size of chickens.
Use tongs to prevent puncture.
