Barbecue Rice
Barbecue Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. precooked rice, 1/2 c. extra hot catsup, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and 1/4 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Tear a 3 foot length 18-inch foil.
Fold in half to make a square.
Make a pouch of foil.
Add all ingredients, except butter. Add mushroom liquid, too.
