Barbecue Cups
Barbecue Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, 1/2 onion or minced, 1 can biscuits (12) and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large skillet, brown beef; drain.
Add barbecue sauce and onion.
Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin.
Place each biscuit in muffin pan cup.
Spoon meat into biscuits; sprinkle each with cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until biscuits are brown.
Kids love these; they like to help with the rolling of the biscuits, too!
