Marinate chicken pieces for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Lift pieces from marinade.
Discard marinade.
Put chicken in baking pan and cover.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°. Take off cover.
Broil 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered, so the chicken will brownish red but not dark.
Serve with hot boiled rice.
