Barbecue Chicken
Barbecue Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 tsp. hot pepper, 3/4 c. catsup, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut chicken up; salt and pepper; roll in flour and fry until browned.
Drain off grease.
Combine water, hot pepper, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, margarine and mustard.
Bring barbecue sauce to a boil and pour over chicken.
Reduce heat to simmer chicken at medium heat.
Can be used for spareribs or pork chops.
