Banquet Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, 1 small carton sour cream, 2 cans cream of potato soup, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Thaw frozen hash browns until they can be broken apart and stirred.
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, in 300° to 325° oven.
Serves 12.
May be made in advance and refrigerated until time to bake.
