Bananas Hawaiian
Bananas Hawaiian is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. coconut, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 c. dark rum and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat coconut in large skillet until brown; remove to a sheet of foil to cool.
Add butter, sugar, rum and cinnamon to skillet. Heat until bubbly.
Add bananas; cook until slices are heated thoroughly.
Spoon ice cream into serving dishes and spoon hot bananas and juice over ice cream.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Serve at once.
