Banana Tea Bread

Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together.
Beat Crisco until creamy, then add sugar gradually.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with crushed bananas.
When well blended, pour batter into greased loaf pan, 8 x 4 x 3-inch. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
