Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 5 bananas, sliced, 1 large cool whip and 15 maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pat crumbs and 1/2 cup margarine in pan.
Mix 1/2 cup margarine, sugar and eggs; beat in mixer no less than 15 minutes. Pour over crumbs.
Place sliced bananas on top, pour can of crushed pineapple (drained) over bananas.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Decorate top with 1 cup chopped nuts and cherries.
Chill several hours before serving.
Can be made the day before serving.
Serves 15. Use a 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
