Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 eggs, unbeaten and 1 stick margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat confectioners sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla on high for 20 minutes.
Do not underbeat.
Spread over crust.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Top with whipped cream, walnuts and cherries.
Chill one hour or more.
