Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 c. crushed graham crackers, 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 4 medium bananas, sliced and 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix margarine and graham crackers and pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Make pudding according to package directions; cool slightly. When cool, spread over graham cracker crust.
Add layer of banana slices, then layer of pineapple.
Cover this with Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped pecans and cut up maraschino cherries over the top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut into squares.
Serves 12 to 15.
