Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham crackers, 1 stick melted butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 to 4 bananas, sliced and 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together 1 stick melted butter and graham crackers to make crust.
Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix powdered sugar, 2 sticks margarine and 2 eggs with beaters for 15 minutes.
Pour over crust.
Slice bananas over this.
Pour 2 cans crushed pineapple over bananas.
Spread on large carton of Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans and top with cherries.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
