Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 large bananas, 2 eggs, well beaten, 3 sticks butter, 1 large carton whipped topping and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt 1 stick butter; add graham cracker crumbs.
Mix well. Pat into 19 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°. Beat eggs; add remaining butter and confectioners sugar.
Beat 15 minutes.
Spread over crust.
Slice bananas and bury in sugar mixture.
Spread drained pineapple over banana layer.
Spread Cool Whip on this.
Cut up cherries, sprinkle on top.
Lastly, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Let stand in refrigerator several hours before serving.
