Banana-Sour Cream Pie
Banana-Sour Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large bananas, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. milk, 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake pie shell.
Slice bananas; arrange on bottom of pie shell.
Beat the sour cream, milk and pudding and pie filling (dry) with hand beater until thickened, about 1 minute.
Spread pudding mixture evenly over bananas.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Garnish each serving with whipped cream, if desired.
Top with raspberries.
