Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large ripe bananas, mashed, 8 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 3 large (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice and 1 small can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mash bananas and blend in 2 cups water.
Set aside.
In a large container, blend 3 cups sugar and 4 cups water.
Add the pineapple juice, orange juice and 2 cups water.
Stir in bananas and juice of lemons.
Freeze in small containers.
Remove from freezer 2 1/2 hours before serving.
Place in a large punch bowl. Add 7-Ups.
Blend to make ice slush.
