Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 6 c. water, 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice and juice from 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine first 2 ingredients.
Heat to dissolve sugar and cool. Mash bananas well.
Stir in juices, bananas and cooled sugar mixture; mix well.
Divide mixture into 3 containers and freeze. One hour before serving, remove mixture from freezer.
Spoon into punch bowl and add 1 liter of ginger ale for each frozen container used.
Mix well.
