Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cups sugar, 1 - 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 - 46 oz. can pineapple juice, 5 bananas and 1/2 cup frozen lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Bring 6 cups water and sugar to a boil in saucepan.
Boil for 5 minutes, cool completely.
Add frozen orange juice, 4 1/2 cups water, and pineapple juice to sugar mixture.
PurΓ©e bananas in blender.
Add lemon juice.
Add to juice mixture.
Pour into 3 large plastic zip-loc bags and freeze at least 12 hours or up to 3 weeks.
Thaw 4 to 6 hours before serving.
Add one bottle ginger ale to each bag of punch.
