Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 6 c. water, juice of 5 oranges, juice of 2 lemons and 5 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
Boil over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let stand until cool.
Combine with orange juice, lemon juice, mashed bananas and pineapple juice in 1 gallon jar.
Freeze.
Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Pour into punch bowl.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
Yield: 40 servings.
