Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 4 c. sugar, 6 bananas, juice of 4 lemons and 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil water and sugar for 4 minutes; cool.
Mix together bananas and lemon juice in blender.
Add cooled sugar water and freeze. (May be frozen for a month.)
Thaw in refrigerator overnight and add orange juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale.
Makes 2 gallons.
