Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 8 c. water, 5 bananas, mashed, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Let stand to cool.
Mix bananas and lemon juice in bowl.
Combine syrup and banana mixture into punch bowl.
Add concentrated orange juice and pineapple juice. Mix well.
Add sherbet at serving time.
Yields 30 servings.
