Banana Pudding Cake
Banana Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 small ripe bananas, 1 pkg. 2 layer yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) jell-o brand banana cream or vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from the pan; finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
Cake can be baked in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.
