Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 2 tbsp. flour (rounded), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook egg yolks, milk, flour, sugar, oleo and vanilla in double boiler until thick.
Fold into this mixture the 3 egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
Line casserole with vanilla wafers, then layer of bananas, then pudding; repeat until all ingredients are used.
Place wafers on top of last layer of pudding.
