Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, 6 to 8 bananas, sliced, 4 c. milk, 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spread vanilla wafers in bottom of a long casserole dish. Add bananas on top.
In a medium size saucepan, put the milk, sugar and vanilla flavoring and heat on medium heat.
Stir often. Add flour to the eggs. Blend well and mix into milk mixture. Continue stirring over heat until somewhat thickened.
Cool and pour over bananas and vanilla wafers.
Keep refrigerated.
Top with Cool Whip before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
