Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, put sugar, flour, vanilla and milk and stir in egg yolks.
Cook until slightly thick (reserve whites for meringue). In casserole dish, place a layer of vanilla wafers and sliced bananas.
Alternate.
Pour pudding over top.
Add meringue.
Cook until meringue is slightly browned.
