Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box vanilla wafers, 3 eggs, 3 medium size bananas, 2 c. milk and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Separate egg yolks from whites.
Mix yolks with flour and sugar; then add milk.
Cook until you have a pudding texture. Line a baking dish with wafers.
Pour 1/2 of pudding over wafers; cut up 1 1/2 bananas and put over pudding.
Repeat with wafers, pudding and bananas.
Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar gradually and 1 drop vanilla extract.
Pile onto the pudding and brown topping in oven.
