Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sugar, dash of salt, 2 large eggs and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Whisk together eggs and milk.
Whisk into dry ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and thick.
Remove from heat.
Layer half of wafers in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Slice 2 bananas and layer over wafers.
Pour pudding over bananas.
Top with whipped topping.
Chill at least 3 hours.
