Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla flavoring and flour together. Cook in top of double boiler on low heat, stirring to keep from sticking, until it gets thick.
Put layer of vanilla wafers in bottom of 2-quart Pyrex dish and then a layer of sliced bananas. Pour half of pudding over this.
Make another layer of wafers and bananas, then pudding.
Beat egg whites and put meringue on top. Bake at 350Β° until brown.
