Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 5 c. milk, 1 large cool whip (12 oz.), 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.) and 6 or 7 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix pudding and milk together until it gets thick.
Start with wafers, then 2 or 3 bananas next.
Mix Cool Whip, sour cream and pudding together.
Put 1/2 of this mixture on wafers and bananas. Put another layer of wafers, then rest of bananas.
Put remaining pudding, etc. over this.
Use a large dish or pan (a 9 x 13-inch works good).
Mash a few vanilla wafers real fine and sprinkle on top.
