Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bananas, vanilla wafers, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour and 6 eggs (save 3 whites), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, salt, milk and oleo in order and cook on top of stove in large heavy pot until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Beat the 3 egg whites and add 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and dash of salt until thick and forms peak.
Add 3 tablespoons sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
Spread on top of pudding and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450Β°.
This makes a large pudding.
